Palisade Fence System com perfis D & W para perímetros seguros

Palisade fence is a high-performance perimeter protection solution widely used in industrial, commercial, and high-security sites. Manufactured in both standard 'D' and 'W' profiles and a variety of thicknesses, it can be customized to meet specific site requirements.

Palisade Profiles

Palisade fencing is manufactured in two standard profiles:

  • 'D' Profile – Flat-fronted design offering excellent rigidity and cost efficiency
  • 'W' Profile – Ribbed profile providing enhanced strength and higher security

Both profiles are available in multiple thickness options, allowing flexibility in design and security level selection.

This image shows three pale profiles used for palisade fence components, displaying their distinct curved/zigzag shapes.

The above specifications are suggested for general purpose fencing and can be changed to suit specific site requirements.
Pales

Available pale head options include:

  • Triple-pointed and splayed
  • Rounded and notched
  • Rounded and pointed

Pales are normally supplied loose for on-site assembly in standard 2.75 m bays. Pre-assembled bays or fully welded panels can also be supplied upon request.

Posts

Standard posts are manufactured from 100 × 55 RSJ sections. For higher security installations, 127 × 76 UB posts are available.

Posts can also be manufactured with:

  • Base plates for surface mounting
  • Wall-fixing posts
  • Extensions for barbed wire or razor wire
  • Cranked extensions for wall-top installations
  • Bespoke designs to meet specific site requirements

Rails

Rails are available in the following sizes:

  • 40 × 40 mm
  • 45 × 45 mm
  • 50 × 50 mm
  • 65 × 50 mm

Rail size selection depends on fence height and the required level of security.

Fixings

Two secure fixing systems are available:

  • Rivets and collars (M6 / M8) – Installed using a fencing rivet gun
  • M8 bolts with Permacone fixings – Designed to snap off during installation for tamper-resistant security

Finishes

Palisade fencing can be supplied with the following finishes:

  • Self-coloured
  • Hot-dip galvanised
  • Galvanised and polyester powder-coated

Powder coating is available in virtually any RAL colour to match project requirements.

Gates

Palisade gates, designed to match palisade fencing, are used to secure access points to your premises and properties. Manufactured from heavy-duty steel, the palisade gates we supply are durable and capable of withstanding harsh conditions and potential impact.

We supply two types of palisade gates:

  • Palisade Swing Gates
  • Palisade Sliding Gates

Palisade Swing Gates

Palisade swing gates operate via hinged bearings to ensure smooth and reliable movement. They are available in heights ranging from 1.2 m to 3.0 m, and can be supplied as single-leaf or double-leaf configurations, as shown in the following images.

Pedestrian gate - single leaf

Pedestrian Gate - Single Leaf

  • Height: 1.2 m, 1.8 m, 2.0 m, 2.4 m or 3.0 m.
  • Length: 1 m, 1.2 m or 1.5 m.
  • Gate leaf: one gate leaf.
  • Palisade pales: W section, D section or angle pales.
  • Gate post: 2 RSJ posts or square posts.
  • Latch: one heavy duty slide latch.
  • Horizontal palisade rails: 2 angle steel.
  • Fittings:2 hinges, some bots and nuts.
Vehicle gate - double leaves

Vehicle Gate - Double Leaves

  • Height: 1.2 m, 1.8 m, 2.0 m, 2.4 m or 3.0 m.
  • Length: 2 m, 3 m, 4 m, 5 m or 6 m.
  • Gate leaf: two gate leaves.
  • Palisade pales: W section, D section or angle pales.
  • Gate post: 2 heavy duty square post or RSJ post.
  • Latch: 1 heavy duty slide latch.
  • Horizontal palisade rails: 2 angle steel.
  • Fittings: 4 hinges, and correct numbers of bots and nuts.

Palisade Sliding Gates

Palisade sliding gates are widely used for securing commercial and industrial premises. Manufactured for high durability, they provide excellent vandal resistance and high security.

Compared with swing gates, sliding gates require minimal opening clearance and slide neatly behind adjacent palisade fencing, making them ideal for heavy-duty applications.
