  • 3D mesh panel.
    • Wire diameter: 3.0 mm.
    • Mesh opening: 50 × 50 mm.
    • Truss wire material: galvanized.
    • Panel size: length 2400 mm × width 1200 mm.
    • EPS insulation core: 50 mm and 75 mm.
  • 3D panel for wall.
    • Panel size: 1200 mm × 3000 mm (factory made standard size).
    • GI wires thickness: 3 mm for load bearing structure.
    • EPS thickness: 100 mm or 50 mm.
    • Connecting GI wire diameter: 3 mm.
    • Grid size of GI wire mesh: 50 mm × 50 mm.
    • Gap between GI wire mesh and EPS: minimum 12 mm and maximum 20 mm.
    • GI wire coating: minimum 40 gsm.
    • Additional information: it should be hot dip and have 350 DPN Hardness, it should pass salt water dip test (i.e. no corrosion in salt water test), EPS material (i.e., thermal/acoustic insulation) should be of min 16 kg/m3 +/-5% density, it should also be self extinguishable.
