3D Panel with EPS Core 50 mm or 100 mm

Besides common welded wire mesh, we also manufacture 3D panels for construction. Here is the requirement of 3D panel system from a construction company which has done couple of projects using 3D panels. The panel specification given below.

• 3D panel specification:
  • 50 mm thick polystyrene.
  • Length 2.4 mtr.
  • Width 1.2 mtr.
  • Thickness 75 mm +/- 2 mm.
• Wire specification
  • Wire 2 mm diameter.
  • Cross wire (inserted wire) 2.5 mm diameter.
  • Insertion of wire @ 100 mm.

  • 100 mm thick polystyrene.
  • Length 2.4 mtr.
  • Width 1.2 mtr.
  • Thickness 114 mm +/- 2 mm.
• Wire specification
  • Wire (made of Electric galvanized low carbon wire, through secondary cold pull) 2 mm diameter.
  • Cross wire (inserted wire) 2.5 mm diameter.
  • Insertion of wire @ 100 mm.

• 2.8 mm galvanized or non galvanized.
• Mesh opening (mm): 100 × 100.
• Truss wire: 2 galvanized or non galvanized.
