1. Mesh: #10 gauge steel wire woven into 1 1/2" diamond mesh pattern, securely clinched to frames.
2. Vertical frames: 1 1/4" × 5/8" roll formed 12 gauge "C" channel with 1/4" bolt holes for fastening to adjacent panels.
3. Horizontal frames: 1" × 1/2" × 1/8" steel channel, with all joints mortised and tenoned.
4. Center stiffeners: 1" × 1/2" steel channel riveted toe to toe.
5. Top capping bar: 2 1/4" × 1" steel channel with 1/4" “U" bolts 2’-4" O.C.Corner Post: 1 1/4" × 1 1/4" angle with 1/4" bolt holes to match partition.
6. Hinged door frames: 1 1/4" × 5/8" × 1/8" channel banded with 1 1/4" × 1/8" flat bar. 1 3/8" × 3/4" × 1/8" angle, welded to lock side, 1 1/2 pair butt hinges bolted to door and transom bar.
7. Floor sockets: 2 ½" high cast iron with set screw adjustment.
8. Sweep space: 3 1/2" under all partitions and doors.
9. Finishes: One shop coat black.
